Apex Professionals LLC gives back to my community

I found the following press release online and wanted to repost it on my blog.  See not only are these guys good at what they do, but they are pouring back into their community.  There ought to be a website that just congratulates companies for doing the right thing for a change.  The press release is below.

Apex Professionals, LLC a company that rescues dissatisfied timeshare owners from increasing maintenance fees and high interest mortgages, kicks off the “season for giving”today.  On Saturday, November 15^th, 2008 Apex Professionals, LLC gave a check for $10,000 to a local non-profit organization who is contributing to their community thisThanksgiving Holiday.  The donation is specifically for “Thanksgiving Meal Baskets.”  The baskets are for local community families who are being severely affected by the downturn of the economy.  Apex Professionals, LLC believes everyone should enjoy a nice Thanksgiving meal with their loved ones.  The baskets will include a turkey, mash potatoes, gravy, stuffing, a pumpkin pie and other canned goods.  Last year the organization gave out over 300 thanksgiving baskets to families in the community and are expecting to give a record number of meal baskets this season.  Apex Professionals encourages people to get involved in local organization who are reaching those in need.  A little help will go a long way for many families this Holiday season.

Apex Professionals is very good at what they do.  My wife and I got suckered into a time share about 3 years ago and have been paying $200 payments every since.  The interest is so high on our loan that after 3 years of payments equalling $3600.00 there is only $544.00 off the principal.  We were in over our head, and no matter how many times I called we couldn't deed it back.  To make matters worse since we were paying our payments they would make any arrangements for us to pay off our loan at a lower price.  How dumb is that... the people who are in collections can make deals with the company, but people paying on time cannot.  Well Apex took them on, and I'm glad to report has saved me a ton of money.

Pros: Apex was Professionals, Getting us out of the time share was fast, no more time share fees

Way to go Apex Professionals LLC  I hope you get tons of business from this post, and help others get relief from their time share burdens.  Keep up the good work. 

Pumpkin Patch Bash

The Pumpkin Patch Bash is an annual event held at Church of Living Water on Halloween night.  I have been to the bash 3 times.  It was once held at Saint Martens, but is now held on the church campus.  I would encourage people in the Olympia area to attend if at all possible.  It's a fun and safe alternative to trick o' treating.  Who knows how people handle what they give out these days.  The church has a HUGE security team, all the candy is store bought and comes straight out of the bag.  There is an great petting zoo, and an animal show.  Inflatable toys inside the sanctuary and lots of themed game rooms.  All in all... a great event.  

Cons:  Cold outside usually, and lots of people

Pros:  FREE, Fun, Safe, and lots more to do then just walking house to house 

Why this blog exists.

If your like me... your tired of all the negative garbage out there on the internet about people, candidates, companies and causes.  I think the world just needs a little LUV!  So I am going to start blogging and reviewing companies, causes, etc in an honest light but always with a positive spin.  I sort of just snapped today when I got an email about something called the "Bash Back" organization.  Apparently this group of people are attacking churches around the country in an attempt to get churches to accept gay and lesbian people.  So the group of people that have been preaching tolerance, acceptance and love have turned into the hate mongers.  This is so disheartening.  Two wrongs don't make a right people!!!  Figure it out already.  SO  that's why I'm taking the time to post some honest and honestly positive reviews.
